Hummus

 

1 can (16 oz) garbanzo beans drained

½ cup tahini

3 cloves garlic minced

juice of 1 or 2 lemons (depending on size)

2 tbsp water

1/3 cup olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

 

Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.  Adjust seasoning.  Add more water if needed.  Garnish with chopped parsley and paprika.

 

Serve with warm pita bread triangles and assorted vegetables.
