Pronounced “chee-ko”, this Mexican restaurant has a stark interior and food that looks like art. We shared their amazing ceviche served on crisp house-made tortillas. I tried the Pollo Asado in Mole Negro which was wonderfully rich and complex. Mark had a stewed pork dish in verde sauce served with tortillas. Small menu, big flavors- we will be returning soon.
