I always use this appetizer, along with Shrimp Spread with Sriracha, for my evening luau classes. I'm often asked for the recipe, so here it is! It's very simple to make and everyone has enjoyed it at class.
- 16 oz crushed pineapple drained well
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tsps garlic powder
Place everything into a mixing bowl and stir together. Chill for several hours or overnight. Serve with assorted crackers.
Serves 6 to 8.
