I found this cookbook in a little bookstore while we were vacationing in Leavenworth last month. I love Middle Eastern and Mediterranean dishes. I have enjoyed exploring the diverse recipes in this book. The author has three New York restaurants and still cooks for her family every day. This book is about having great food each day. Some of the recipes are complicated and many are simplified. There is even a chapter on kid-friendly meals.
