This is the newest restaurant from Nostrana owner Cathy Whims. We had heard about their amazing pizzas and were not disappointed. We started by sharing the Radicchio salad with Parmesan cheese and an amazing Caesar dressing. Then we shared a pizza. The pizzas are individual-sized but paired with the salad it was plenty of food. Their pizzas all sounded good, but we saw one at a neighboring table that had an egg cooked on it. Since I love eggs on almost anything we ordered the Pork Belly Pizza with egg. It had a thin crisp-but-chewy crust, and the egg yolk provided a wonderful sauce. I’m looking forward to going again to try another of their amazing pizzas- maybe anchovy!
