This book is filled with Turkish-inspired dishes from a London chef. Her recipes are interesting and diverse- like Lamb and Pistachio Kofte with Tahini and Pistachio Sauce, or Crunchy Swiss Chard Falafel. I’ve cooked with Kadaifi (shredded filo) making desserts, but in this book it’s used to wrap shrimp in a wonderfully crunchy coating. This book inspires me to try something new with every turn of the page.
