I have been using recipes from the Oregonian’s Food Day section for years, so I was excited to have so many of their favorites from the last 30 years in one book. I’ve finally had some time to look through the book and try a few recipes. I even found ones that I cut out of the paper and have used many times! There aren’t many photos in this book but there are lots of stories and histories about the recipes.
