This is a new trendy restaurant opened by Chef Martin Reboudino who is a rising star in Argentina. When we sat down we were served a shot glass of Vichyssoise and a bite of potatoes cooked 2 ways with chopped peppers, both were small but full of flavor. Mark ordered the Chilean mussels marinara to start which was so big it could have been his meal. I had a garden salad with brie and trout gravlax . For our main course Mark had salmon and white beans, I had white fish with black olive gnocchi, and squid. We shared an apricot tatin with pink grapefruit sorbet for dessert.
