This restaurant was attached to our hotel- the Sultan Cave Suites in Goreme. After a 4 ½ hour bus ride we were tired and happy to have a dinner option so close. The food is traditional, but prepared and presented beautifully. The mixed meze plate looked like a work of art that we did not want to disturb, but we did, and it tasted as good as it looked. They cook a lot of their dishes in an outdoor wood-fired tandoor. We watched our kebabs go into the tandoor from your table- very interesting! We ate at Seten twice and wished we’d had another day to explore more of their menu.
