Poblano chiles filled with two kinds of cheese, shrimp, and herbs,
then baked and served with a roasted red pepper sauce.

Quesadillas- Fresh flour
tortillas with chorizo and two kinds of cheese.

Empanadas-
Turnovers of puff pastry filled with picadillo- ground beef,
cinnamon, cloves, currents, and almonds.

Condiments-
Guacamole and fresh tomato salsa and fresh corn and flour tortillas.

Dessert-
chocolate lava cakes with a hint of cinnamon, and cinnamon sugared
flour tortilla chips.
