Class Cooking specializes in small group hands-on gourmet cooking classes, and provides event planning and catering services.  Located adjacent to Burnt Bridge Cellars in Vancouver, Washington.


Chef Kim's small-group gourmet cooking classes offer students an enjoyable, hands-on learning experience.

Each class focuses on making a complete meal, or several dishes from a single category (such as all appetizers or all salads).  A typical class includes 4 or 5 recipes and provides cooking techniques, shortcuts, knife skills and food safety.  You will receive recipes for all dishes made in the class and ideas for pairings.  Classes involve about 2 hours of cooking.  When the meal is complete, students sit down in our beautiful Burnt Bridge Cellars dining room for a relaxed lunch or dinner of your culinary creations.

This is a great summer menu! Satay can be cooked on your grill or under a broiler. Salad Rolls are fun to make with a group. Best of all, they both need lots of peanut sauce.

          Chicken Satay- skewered marinated chicken

·         Salad Rolls- shrimp, herbs, and rice noodles wrapped in rice paper

·         Peanut Sauce

·         Sweet and Sour Cucumber Salad

·         Noodle Salad with Peanut Sauce

·         Ginger Shortcakes with Nectarines and Whipped Cream
