Bruschetta
1 baguette cut into ½” slices
4 tomatoes, seeded and diced
¼ cup fresh basil chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup olive oil
Lay bread sliced on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil on both
sides and broil to toast. Turn bread slices over and toast the other
side. Remove from oven
In a bowl, mix together tomatoes, basil, garlic, and seasoning.
Spoon mixture on toasts.
